Return & Refund Policy

At Stamps Depot, your satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to provide authentic, mint-condition U.S. postage stamps and pack every order securely. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on brand new, mint, unused stamps within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original, mint condition

  • In their original packaging (if applicable)

Stamps that have been used, damaged, altered, or removed from their original condition are not eligible for return.


How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact our support team at support@stamps-depot.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending your items back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received, damaged on arrival).


Refunds

Once your returned items are received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process after approval.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged stamps

  • Stamps not in mint or original condition

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
